M/V Provider
The design of Provider is truly unique; a vessel that can carry 10 000 kg of deck cargo at speeds in excess of 25 knots and still have good sea keeping and maintain excellent fuel efficiency.
Provider is multifunctional and perfectly fitted for serving offshore wind farms as she is able to carry generators, diving equipment, decompression chambers and other equipment. Provider can make transfers of 12 passengers and carry out diving and survey duties.
Fitted with Volvo Penta’s IPS1050, Provider achieves sprint speeds in excess of 30 knots and fuel consumption as low as 110 L/h at over 20 knots cruising. The IPS system with multi joystick helm positions enables full sideways motion and water jet like maneuverability.
